Mr. Abdul Bamidele Adabara
MD
Mr. Abdul Bamidele Adabara is the current Managing Director and is a 1990 graduate of Civil Engineering. His professional drive made him a diversified member of Nigeria institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), Associate member, Commodity Brokers Association of Nigeria (CBAN), Associate Member Certified pension Institute of Nigeria (CIPN). He holds a Master of Business Administration from Bayero University, Kano.
Mr. Abdul started his career at Nigeria Industrial Development Bank (now Bank of Industry) in 1990. He worked briefly with the Federal Ministry of Finance and later joined Bacad Finance Limited (a subsidiary of the defunct Gulf Bank Plc).
His career path took him to Mainstream Corporate Finance when he joined Intercontinental Securities Limited (a subsidiary of the former Intercontinental Bank Plc. now Access Bank) where he worked as the head of various arms of the company and notably the Capital market Division. He was also the Head of Corporate Finance at Equity Capital Solution Limited where he led a team of creative and dynamic individuals.
Mr. Abdul is armed with lots of work experience in the capital market that includes investment management, business development, equities trading and risk management.
He is a corporate strategy specialist with records of delivering results that have aided in no small measures operational performances and growth. He has a proven record of developing portfolio model and asset allocation policy mix in maximizing clients’ wealth and has led teams to developing policies and strategies that are customer driven.
Ayoola Olumide Abraham

Ayoola Olumide Abraham is a young experienced Chartered Accountant, with proven skills & accomplishment in the accounting, auditing and tax management. He has a robust and hands on experience in financial reporting, financial planning and analysis to make financial report in compliance with relevant financial reporting standards, laws and regulation to enable management make the best decision in a given circumstance. He also have good understanding of business processes and structure and good understanding of how to drive cost efficiency while still delivering quality.
Olumide is Innovative, resourceful and detail-oriented accounting professional with about 15 years’ experience, offering a successful track record of adding value and quality in several capacities handled in various sectors/industries. Skilled at designing and presenting solutions to Management questions in the form of timely reports, data and financial analysis. Proven experience in financial management, cost control and administration, financial forecasting and planning. Excel at maintaining positive and productive relationships with staff and clients in ensuring assignments are executed to high standards thereby achieving organizational goals and objectives.
He obtained HND in Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Offa in 2007 and complete his NYSC in 2009 and since then has pursued various certifications and advanced training in his field.
In 2014, he got qualified as Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) and also became a Member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) in 2019. Olumide is currently pursuing his CITN. He will be inducted as member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria(CITN) in November 2023.
Olumide working experience has cut across various industries-Auditing and consulting firm, Fashion and Hospitality, Security Company, Financial Institution and Stock broking firm.
Osameyan, Oluwafemi Perez

Osameyan, Oluwafemi Perez is an experienced finance professional with a background in stockbroking, asset and portfolio management, and strategic management. He obtained a B.Sc. in Actuarial Science from the University of Lagos in 2007, and since then has pursued various certifications and advanced training in his field. In 2009, Osameyan became an Associate Member of the Institute of Strategic Management. He also completed the Advanced Stage of the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria in 2012, and is currently a Student Member in the final stage of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroking. Osameyan has a wealth of experience in the finance industry, having worked in various capacities over the years. From 2004 to 2007, he worked as a Claims Underwriter/Re-insurance at Vigilant Insurance Company Limited, where he was responsible for claims entry and calculation and marketing for re-insurances.
In 2008, he served as a Refund Executive at the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria Anambra, where he collected refund required documents, calculated accrued amounts with interest, and attended to prospective clients. From 2009 to 2011, Osameyan worked as an Asset and Portfolio Management Officer/Business Development at Golden Securities Ltd, where he managed cash flow for 18 individual and corporate portfolios, prepared weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, sourced and canalized capital market-related news. From 2011 to 2012, he was an Operations Officer at Golden Securities Ltd, where he prepared brokers’ jobbing for daily trades, processed daily trades into software, and handled errors on clients’ portfolios. In 2012 and 2013, he worked as a BD/Marketing and Head Operations/Customer Due Diligence, respectively, at Golden Securities Ltd, where he developed and marketed various stockbroking products, managed portfolios on discretionary clients’ accounts, handled share certificate issues, and attended to various client requests. Osameyan is a highly analytical and detail-oriented finance professional with a proven track record of managing portfolios, developing products, and building client relationships. He is also skilled in preparing reports and schedules, handling clients’ correspondences, and processing trades.
