Golden Securities Limited was incorporated in 1988 as a Capital Market Operator. Our services and functions are fully licensed by The Securities & Exchange Commission (The SEC) and The Nigeria Stock Exchange (The NGX) as Broker/Dealer.
We trade live on the two major trading floors which are The NGX and The NASD markets. We have over 14,000 clients and over N7tn (seven trillion naira) worth assets under our custody.

Technology must play its vital role in moving Golden Securities Limited forward. Golden Securities Limited is on-boarded onto the FIX of The NGX via collaboration with Infoware to create Direct Market Access for our clients.
The Direct Market Access (DMA) for our clients just commenced and all that is required is to drive volumes in both the retail and wholesale end of the market. With this, the heavens are the limit.
Golden Securities Limited operates a paperless environment with very little physical hardware usage. We are 90% cloud based.
